Care for Oral Hygiene

Brush at least twice a day. Brushing removes plaque, a film of bacteria that clings to teeth. When bacteria in plaque come into contact with food, they produce acids. These acids lead to cavities.

Floss teeth once a day. Flossing gets rid of food and plaque between the teeth, where your toothbrush cannot reach. If plaque stays between teeth, it can harden into tartar, which must be removed by a dentist or hygienist.

Natural Remedy for Dry Hair

We all know that aloevera is a great moisturizer for the skin but it works equally well on hair too.
Especially for those with dry hair, aloe vera treatment can help give a shine and soft texture that makes frizzy hair manageable.
This moisturizing effect on hair works even better when used in combination with other ingredients.

Tip:
You can make a paste with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel and 3 tablespoons of curd and leave this on your hair for about half an hour.

Exercise Benefit for Erectile Dysfunction

Exercise enhances sex life by lowering your risk of erectile dysfunction (ED). Being overweight is a risk factor for ED and regular exercise helps maintain healthy body weight.

One Harvard study of more than 31,000 men found that physically active men over age 50 were less likely to be impotent than inactive men. The exercisers had better erections, and those who were most active saw the most benefit.

But even moderate levels of exercise, like a brisk 30-minute walk most days of the week, lowered the risk of ED. Other research suggests that many men with ED may even reverse their symptoms by getting fit.

Weather Change Cause for Joint Pain

Research shows that the weather, barometric pressure (atmospheric air pressure) and humidity levels all have an impact on joint pain and other flare-ups.

The joints are surrounded by tissues that act almost like balloons. They protect the joints, and when the barometric pressure is high, it presses on the body and prevents the tissues from expanding out. When bad weather is about to set in, the barometric pressure drops, causing the tissues to expand, swell and place pressure on the joints.

Allergies and Low Immune System

Allergies are an abnormal response of your immune system. Your body's defenses react to a usually harmless substance, such as pollen, animal dander, or food. Almost anything can trigger an allergic reaction, which can range from mild and annoying to sudden and life-threatening.
