Dehydration Cure in This Summer
Summer take a heavy toll on body, with high humidity people sweat a lot and become dehydrated.
Let’s re hydrate in a healthiest way. Drink fluid, especially water, throughout the day and not the carbonated fizzy drinks. Fruits and fruit juices are best source for replenishing minerals, natural sugars and water. Include fruits and vegetables like watermelon, pineapple, cucumber, orange, lemon . They are cooling and perfect for hot summer days.
Hydrate by drinking tender coconut water. Limit alcoholic beverages, they may contribute to dehydration. Limit coffee intake instead enjoy herbal iced teas, they are great thirst quenchers.
